We want you to love your Valentine shoes! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Return Policy

  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

  1. Visit our Returns Center at valentine-shoes.com/returns to start your return.
  2. Follow the instructions to generate a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack your items securely and attach the label.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location.

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
